Refund & Cancellation Policy

QuizLounge (operated by Imroz Solutions and Services) aims to provide high-quality IELTS preparation services. This policy explains when refunds are issued and how cancellations are handled.
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@quizlounge.net.
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
- Annual subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual term.
- No partial-period refunds are issued for cancelled subscriptions unless a technical fault on our part prevented access (see Eligibility below).
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We consider refund requests in the following situations:
- Payment was processed successfully but access to the purchased plan was not activated due to a technical error on our platform.
- You were charged twice for the same subscription or purchase (duplicate charge).
- A feature included in your purchased plan was permanently removed within 7 days of purchase and the feature was not used.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Subscriptions where access has been used (tests taken, AI reports generated, etc.).
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, unless the content is demonstrably incorrect or misleading.
- Free-tier features or trial content.
- Customised AI reports once delivered.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email us within 7 days of the transaction with the following details:
- Your registered email address
- Transaction / order ID
- Brief description of the issue

5. Refund Processing Timeline
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days of receipt.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
- Bank processing times may add 2–5 additional business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
