QuizLounge aims to provide high-quality quiz experiences. Refunds are considered only in specific cases to ensure fairness and transparency.
Eligibility for Refunds
- If you are charged but cannot access the purchased quiz due to a technical error (e.g., payment processed but quiz not unlocked).
- If you are double-charged for the same quiz or subscription.
- If a purchased quiz is removed from the platform within 24 hours of purchase and you have not attempted it.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds are not provided for completed quizzes or tests.
- Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with quiz content, unless the content is proven to be misleading or incorrect.
- Free quizzes and trial content are not eligible for refunds.
- Customized plans and reports are non-refundable once delivered, unless there is a technical issue or the product is not as described.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact support within 7 days of the transaction.
- Provide transaction details, your email, and a brief description of the issue.

Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Exceptions
