1. Digital Service Delivery

Upon successful payment, access to your purchased plan is activated immediately and automatically. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address within a few minutes of payment.

• Premium subscription features — activated within 5 minutes of payment confirmation
• AI-generated writing feedback — delivered within the platform within 2–5 minutes of essay submission

Our platform is available 24/7. Scheduled maintenance windows, if any, will be communicated in advance via email. Downtime during such windows does not affect subscription validity — your subscription period is extended accordingly.
